Deposit, Cancellation & Late Policy

At Brazilian Waxing by Sisters, we value your time and our team’s time. To ensure fairness, availability, and high-quality service for all clients, please review and respect our policies below.

Deposit Policy

For all Full Body appointments booked on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, a 50% deposit of the service value is required.

• The deposit must be paid by calling the location where your appointment is scheduled.
• No deposit = no appointment.
• Appointments will not be confirmed without the required deposit.

Deposit Terms

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• The deposit cannot be transferred or applied to another appointment if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• If you are not present at the salon within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and your spot will be released to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• If a client has canceled, rescheduled late, or no-showed two (2) times, full payment will be required in advance to book the third (3rd) appointment.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation or no-show.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Brazilian Waxing by Sisters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
