Refund Policy

At Brazilian Waxing by Sisters, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality waxing and beauty services in a professional, welcoming environment. If you are not completely satisfied with a product or service you received, please review our policy below.

Services
We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please speak with the salon manager before you leave or contact us within 48 hours of your visit. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution, which may include a service correction or alternative options at our discretion.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards
Prepaid packages, service bundles, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. These items hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may only be used for services or products at Brazilian Waxing by Sisters locations.

Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
To respect our clients and team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit. Please contact your location directly for details.
