6. Health Disclosure, Consent & Assumption of Risk

By booking an appointment, signing a consent form, or receiving any service at Brazilian Waxing by Sisters, you acknowledge and agree that waxing and skin care services involve inherent risks.

You understand and accept that:

• Sensitive skin may experience burning, irritation, or adverse reactions.
• The use of Accutane, Retin-A, Retinol, or similar medications/products can excessively dry the skin, increasing the risk of skin lifting, injury, or scarring.
• Waxing over sunburned or excessively tanned skin may result in skin removal and scarring.
• Individuals with diabetes may experience delayed healing due to compromised immune response.
• Allergic reactions may occur due to sensitivity to ingredients used in waxing products.
• You confirm that all health, medication, and skin-related information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have not withheld any information that could affect your treatment or results.

You acknowledge that services may result in unfavorable outcomes, including but not limited to: allergic reactions, redness, irritation, burning, soreness, skin lifting, or scarring.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and/or signing a separate consent form, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services and release Brazilian Waxing by Sisters, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability, except where prohibited by law.

7. Client Responsibility & Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by BWBS.
Brazilian Waxing by Sisters is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow these instructions.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us promptly so we may address the matter professionally.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who:

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Displays inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior

10. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• They may not be redeemed for cash.
